In order to realize our visions, we offer seminars, lectures and coaching on topics related to people and relationships. Paul & Paula Kitas
Paul & Paula UG is a non-profit company specializing in the social sector. Among other things, it aims to create and operate day-care centers for children. We currently run day-care centers in the north of Berlin and are involved in other various social projects in Berlin and Brandenburg.
Our mission statement provides a rough organizational, pedagogical and personnel framework that our employees and the parents of the day-care centers can use as a guide. However, both facilities each have their own facility concept, which they regularly reflect on, update and adapt as a team, often with the technical support of the responsible body.
